At Danish Ship Finance, our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices is clear. Over the past few years, we have made significant progress in our approach to sustainability and are highly aware of our responsibility as a financial institution and the impact our actions can have.
Sustainability goes to the core of how we run our business. We strive to always behave responsibly and ethically, and the behaviour we expect from our clients is reflected by our high internal standards.
As part of our sustainability approach, we have defined a sustainability policy.
Organisation
Our Sustainability Office reports directly to the Executive Board and is responsible for developing our corporate sustainability agenda and incorporating it into the relevant departments. The Sustainability Office is a central coordinating function, supporting the organisation in introducing updated policies, processes and new initiatives to ensure the integration of sustainability into our operations, and to create a culture of ownership.
